*Lead a proactive outbound sales team

Client Details
Page Group are working in partnership with a Leeds based client who is looking to appoint a new Sales Manager to lead a small internal outbound function
Description
*Lead & develop a proactive outbound sales function to deliver against business set sales targets
*Build and manage relationships with B2B customers through regular communications
*Ensure customers are contacted and followed up with based on their sales requirements
*Provide training and development to the team to improve output across the function
*Support field based account managers with product information & availability
*Work closely with other sales managers in the business to create a pricing matrix
*Own a number of B2B accounts
*Take ownership of any escalates customer issues
Profile
*Experience leading an outbound sales function
*Commercially astute
*Strong people leadership experience
*Ability to develop others

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fully on site on the outskirts of Leeds - Free parking available
