We are working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing and logistics company in Poole who are looking to add a Production Packer & Case Maker to their team. This is a permanent opportunity with an established local business that is growing!

The Role
You will play a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer orders are packed, protected, and prepared to the highest standards. Duties include:
*Packing items using various methods, including foil sealing, shrink wrapping, palletising, and boxing
*Manufacturing wooden packaging and crates using cutting machinery and power tools
*Loading and unloading goods using mechanical handling equipment
*General maintenance and housekeeping around the workshop
*Delivering and collecting goods using company vehicles
*Occasionally working on customer premises
*Supporting the Production Manager with day-to-day expectations
Skills & Experience Essential:
*Practical, hands-on experience using tools and/or machinery (e.g., power tools, saws, workshop equipment)
*Comfortable working in a warehouse, workshop, or production environment
*Full UK Driving Licence Manual
Desirable:
*Experience in commercial packing or case-making
*Forklift licence (counterbalance)
Personal qualities:
*Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to changing workloads
*Comfortable with manual labour and physical tasks
*Team player and can do attitude
