Responsibilities
*Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs.
*Assist with coursework and emotional well-being.
*Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
*Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
*Contribute to IEP development and implementation.
*Support students in achieving their learning goals and accessing the curriculum.
*Implement strategies to manage and promote positive behaviour.
Qualifications *Minimum 6 months experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
*Relevant qualifications in supporting students with SEN are desirable.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
*Legal right to work in the UK.
