*Evaluation: Implementing formal and informal assessment strategies, analysing student performance data, and using this analysis to inform your teaching.

*Class Management: Effectively managing classroom behaviour and fostering strong learning practices.
Requirements and Experience: We are looking for candidates who possess:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Proven experience teaching a range of SEN students within the UK education system.
*A strong, current understanding of SEN policies, effective intervention strategies, and best practices.
*The ability to show resilience, patience, initiative, and strong leadership within the classroom.
*A clear Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
