Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher at Leading Liverpool School Location: Liverpool
Job Type: Full Time Long term

RoleRole & Responsibilities *Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum.
*Implement effective teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and needs.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
*Contribute to the overall school improvement plan.
*Participate in professional development opportunities.
Essential Requirements *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Minimum of 6 months experience teaching students with SEN in the UK
*Strong understanding of the P Scales curriculum
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
*Legal right to work in the UK
*Commitment to ongoing professional development
