*Integrated Teamwork: Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants, outside agencies, and parents/guardians to maintain a cohesive, comprehensive, and multi-disciplinary support network.

Candidate Requirements
*Mandatory Qualification: Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is non-negotiable.
*Practical Experience: Extensive, verifiable experience teaching students with various Special Educational Needs within a UK school setting.
*Expert Knowledge Base: Profound familiarity with SEN codes of practice, a range of effective intervention strategies, and sophisticated differentiation techniques.
*Essential Traits: Must be highly adaptable, resilient, proactive, and patient, with proven, exceptional classroom management capabilities.
