Job Description:
SEN Teaching Professional Are you a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher looking for an exciting long-term opportunity? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of students with diverse learning challenges? If so, Randstad Education has the perfect role for you in Sefton!

Shift: Full time, Long term
Start Date: ASAP
Skills *Design, preparation, and delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons
*Formal and informal assessment and data analysis
*Adaptation of learning materials for accessibility
*Collaboration with support staff, parents, and external agencies
*Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications As an accomplished SEN Teaching Professional, you will be expected to possess the following:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a mandatory requirement.
*Proven experience in teaching students with a range of Special Educational Needs within a UK school setting.
*Thorough understanding of SEN codes of practice, intervention strategies, and advanced differentiation techniques.
*Essential personal attributes including patience, adaptability, pro activity, and resilience, coupled with strong classroom management skills.
*A current, satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, or the immediate willingness to obtain one upon job acceptance.
Additionally, possessing a relevant SEN qualification or significant experience supporting pupils with profound learning difficulties will be a distinct advantage.
