Property Valuer - Leicester
Base Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
OTE: £45,000 - £50,000
We are looking for a confident, motivated Property Valuer to join a fantastic, market-leading independent in Leicester! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude towards building strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth while developing your sales expertise within a supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities
*Carrying out professional market appraisals and property valuations
*Building strong relationships with sellers
*Converting valuations into high-quality instructions
*Managing your diary effectively to maximise productivity
*Working closely with the Office Manager to follow up on opportunities
*Creating compelling property listings and descriptions
*Producing 3D tours and promotional videos
*Identifying and generating new business opportunities
*Representing the brand professionally at all times
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience in residential valuations/listings (essential)
*Strong local knowledge of Leicestershire
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*A proactive, self-motivated approach
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A high standard of presentation and attention to detail
*A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
