We are an established and highly respected independent estate agency based in South West London, specialising in residential sales and lettings. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our high-performing team.

The Role
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will learn all aspects of residential property sales while working alongside experienced negotiators and branch managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Building relationships with vendors and buyers
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
*Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities
*Supporting senior negotiators with sales progression


You will receive structured training and ongoing coaching to help you become a successful Negotiator.


What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, ambition, and a genuine interest in property.
Ideal candidates will have:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong motivation to earn commission and exceed targets
*A professional and confident manner
*A proactive and positive attitude
*Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
*A full UK driving licence
