Job Description:
We are a private Company and leading specialists in the niche market of Lock-up Garages primarily used for self-storage. With over 40 years of industry experience, we now own 15,000 throughout the UK along with a Portfolio of Commercial and Residential Property.
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team within an established office.
Key Responsibilities:
*Responding to Telephone, Web and Email Enquiries
*Managing Terminations
*Updating Tenant Records
*Maintaining Tenant Database
*Adhoc Duties in assisting/liaising with Tenants
*Assist with General Office Duties
*Support to other Administration Departments
As Property Administrator you must have :
*Basic computer knowledge,
*Attention to detail,
*Effective verbal and written communications
*Excellent Customer Service
*Good Numeracy
*Have strong record keeping and administration skills
*Ability to prioritise and cope with a demanding and varied workload
*Ability to problem solve and see through to completion if necessary
*Good time management
*Familiarity with MRI property management software would be useful.
You should:
*Be a team player
*Be a multi-tasker
*Be organised
Hours
5 Day week Monday-Friday 09.00am – 5.30pm (office based)
