Forklift Counterbalance Driver – Temp to Perm – Headcorn
Start Date: February 2026
Pay: £13.00 per hour rising to £13.50 per hour
Location: Headcorn, Kent
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Rotating shifts – Week 1: 07:00–15:00 | Week 2: 15:00–23:00
We are recruiting an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver for our client’s busy warehouse in Headcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period.
Forklift Driver Key Responsibilities:
*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
*Loading and unloading goods.
*Moving stock within the warehouse.
*Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
Forklift Driver Requirements:
*Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
*Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
*Must have your own transport due to location.
*Ability to work on rotating shifts (early and late).
*Reliability and good attention to detail.
