Job Description:

We have a great opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group (SNG) as a Coordinator - Workplace Contracts within our Workplace Facilities Team, based from our modern office in Basingstoke.
The Role
You’ll provide administrative and contractual support to the Workplace Operations Manager and Workplace Team.
The role will be central to the tracking of contractual compliance, assisting in cost control, and managing documentation workflows across a range of contracts. The role will provide effective administrative support to contribute towards the success of the team in managing our Workplace estate.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare, issue, and maintain contract documentation including purchase orders
*Organise and minute contractor meetings, ensuring actions are logged and followed through
*Track contract milestones, expiry dates, and deliverables, ensuring the Workplace Operations Manager is kept informed of any risks or delays
*Maintain accurate records of all contract correspondence, notices, and approvals in line with audit and compliance requirements
*Maintain logs for approved spend, variation orders, and contractor performance indicators
What we are looking for
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems
*Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience of working to deadlines and achieving targets through own work and work driven through teams
*Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Demonstrable experience in contract administration, commercial support, or project coordination
*Strong analytical and presentational skills
