About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Business administrator to provide high-level, confidential support to the company and our senior leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with directors to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities*Understand business strategy and prioritise requests in line with business objectives
*Provide comprehensive support to Directors, including coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
*Organise the company HR functions and provide essential support to internal operations
*Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and expenses
*Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
*Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
*Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
*Assist with strategic initiatives, business-critical deadlines, and priority ad-hoc projects
*Anticipate issues and proactively resolve challenges before escalation.
Skills & Experience Required*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
*Proven experience as an Office Manager, or Senior Administrative or Executive Assistant
*Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a "right first time" mentality
*High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
*Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm in a fast-moving environment
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable (but not essential)*Bachelor’s degree in STEM subjects
*Experience supporting multiple directors or senior leaders
*Project coordination or event management experience
*Experience in new energy, renewables, infrastructure, engineering, or sustainability-related sectors.
