We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team!
Treetops is a 28 bedded residential home, located in beautiful countryside close to Alfreton in Derbyshire. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
What you’ll be Doing
*Provide personalized care and support to residents
*Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
*Implement and follow individualized care plans
*Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities
*Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism
*Monitor and report on residents’ progress and well-being
*Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
What You’ll Need
*Great communication and teamwork skills.
*A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
*Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
*Must have a Valid Driving License
*Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
