Nursery Room Leader – Seer Green, Buckinghamshire HP9
Salary: £29,000–£30,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and role)
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our expanding nursery in Seer Green (HP9). Based in the Preschool room, this Nursery Room Leader role is ideal for a strong Early Years practitioner ready to step into a leadership position, with the opportunity to also take on Third in Charge responsibilities if desired.
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment where children thrive through play and exploration. Responsibilities*Lead the Preschool room as a Nursery Room Leader and support the wider nursery team
*Plan engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
*Promote positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
*Ensure high standards of care, safety and wellbeing
*Support the team in building strong family partnerships in line with EYFS
About You*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*At least 2 years Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Room Leader experience
*Strong leadership and team support skills
*Passionate about early childhood education and development
*Good knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices
*Excellent communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
