MFL Teaching Assistant- Aspiring MFL Teacher
Are you a recent French or Spanish Graduate aspiring to become an MFL Teacher?

If so, this MFL Teaching Assistant – Aspiring MFL Teacher role could be the perfect opportunity for you!
An excellent secondary school in Hackney who are currently seeking a MFL Teaching Assistant and aspiring MFL Teacher who they can train throughout the year as a MFL Teacher working across KS3, KS4 and KS5 MFL Lessons.
You will work closely with students both in class at group level and on a 1:1 basis as well as outside of the classroom conducting group interventions.
This ’Outstanding’ Ofsted Rated school is in the top 1% in the UK for their MFL results at GCSE and A level and are offering a full time position, term time only, contracted until the end of this academic year. Candidates who are interested in becoming fully qualified teachers, there is the opportunity to return in September 2026 as a Trainee MFL Teacher receiving higher salary or a tax free bursary of £22,000 whilst you gain Qualified Teacher Status!

*Working across Year 7 to Year 10 to begin with.
*Opportunity to complete salaried Teacher Training through the school.
*Immediate Start– Full Time & Contracted until the end of the academic year.
*Daily Rate of £105-£120 per day.
*Located in the Borough of Hackney
PERSON SPECIFICATION
*Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
*Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
*Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 curriculum content
*You must be able to engage and motivate the students
*Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
