Description
Global Payroll Manager
*Establish standardised payroll processes, policies and controls - SLA’s, KPI’s etc.
*Ensure accurate and timely payroll across all regions
*Strong partnership with with Global HR services to ensure alignment with their road map
*Oversee and optimise global and local payroll vendors to ensure strong delivery
*Partner closely with finance to maintain seamless flow, accuracy and consistent reporting
*Adherence to global and domestic payroll legislation, tax requirements and audit requests
*Co-owner of vendor selection and payroll systems
Profile

*Exposure and experience in global payroll management
*Ability to demonstrate system integration and large-scale payroll transformation
*Strong understanding of HRIS to payroll integration
*Detail focused, hands on
*Commutable distance of the office within Milton Keynes
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and strong communication
