Care Worker – Domiciliary Care (NHS Care Provider)
Locations: Romford, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Dagenham, Basildon
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Competitive hourly rate + mileage + benefits
About the Role
We are recruiting Caring, Reliable and Well-Presented individuals to join our NHS-aligned domiciliary care team. You will be supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity through high-quality personal and practical care.
This role is ideal for someone with a naturally warm, personable manner. No previous care experience is required — full training is provided.
Essential Requirements
To apply, you must meet all of the following:
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own motor vehicle for work
• Valid and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
• Ability to work in Romford, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Dagenham or Basildon
• Well presented, polite, and able to communicate clearly
• A genuine caring nature and desire to support vulnerable people
Applications that do not meet the above essential criteria cannot be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Visiting service users in their homes across your local area
• Providing personal care, companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meals, medication prompts and daily living tasks
• Supporting mobility and promoting independence
• Recording notes and communicating effectively with the wider care team
