HR Manager (Temp 4 months)

Job Description:
My client is seeking for a proactive HR Manager (part-time) to support their HR function during a period of transition. The role involves strengthening HR processes, embedding a new HR system and supporting HR administrators.

*Temporary – 4 Months, (Potential to Extend)
*Hybrid – Primarily Remote (1 day on-site per week)
*Hours: 25-30 per week, part-time
*Salary: £20.50 per hour
*Sector: Charity / Education preferred

Key Responsibilities:
*Support HR administrators with HR processes
*Verify and quality-check HR data
*Support recruitment, on boarding, and induction
*Update HR policies and ensure compliance
*Establish HR audit procedures (safer recruitment, equality, absence management, training)
*Support pay and contract reviews
*Provide generalist HR advice and manage ER cases
Candidate Profile:
*Experienced HR generalist at HR Manager level
*Hands-on, collaborative, and happy to coach HR administrators
*Strong knowledge of HR processes, governance, and compliance
*Charity or education sector experience advantageous
