*Handling member complaints & retention opportunities
*Investigating issues thoroughly and working with internal teams to find quick, effective solutions
*Keeping member records up to date and ensuring accurate service delivery
*Supporting members with account activations and bookings
*Collaborating with Business Development & Credit Control teams to streamline processes
