We are supporting a well-established organisation in Gillingham with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Role
Supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring orders, documentation, and customer communications are managed efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing customer orders accurately
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Supporting the sales team with quotations and documentation
Updating CRM and internal systems
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
About You
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills and good IT knowledge
Proactive with a positive team attitude
