Senior Quantity Surveyor Clear Path to Commercial Director
Location: Chelsea, London | Sector: Super Prime Residential
A well-established luxury residential main contractor, operating since 2008 and delivering ~100 super prime projects across Chelsea & Fulham, is seeking a confident Senior QS to join its growing commercial team.
This is a genuine progression opportunity, with a clear pathway for the right individual to move into a Commercial Director role as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
*Commercial management of multiple super prime residential projects
*Procurement and subcontractor package management
*Contract administration under JCT Design & Build
*Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
*Working closely with project managers and site teams
*Acting as a client-facing commercial lead on projects
*Overseeing project financial performance and reporting
About You
*Strong JCT D&B contract knowledge
*Self-assured and commercially astute
*Excellent client interface and communication skills
*Comfortable managing multiple high-value projects
*Enjoys working in a small, dynamic business environment

*£85,000 – £100,000(salary negotiable for the right person)
