*Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
*Maintain customer records and ensure the accuracy of information.
*Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and standards.
*Assist in the preparation of reports on customer interactions.
*Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the department.
Profile
The successful Temporary Customer Support Officer will have:
*Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*The ability to work well in a team and contribute to its success.
*Good organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
*Be driven, self-motivated, resilient and confident.

*Strong IT skills is highly desirable.
