*Office Manager – Charitable Organisation (Hybrid, Northumberland)
*Salary: circa £35,000
*Initial 3–6 month temporary contract with strong potential to go permanent

A small but growing charitable organisation based in beautiful Northumberland is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join their mission-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the office function, shape new ways of working, and support a passionate founder at a pivotal moment of organisational growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the organisation’s go-to person, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
*Office set-up and management – ensuring systems, processes and procedures run like clockwork
*Event booking & coordination – planning, organising, and managing all events
*CRM management – maintaining accurate data and supporting reporting
*Compliance oversight – keeping policies, documentation and processes up to date
*IT equipment coordination – liaising with suppliers and ensuring everything works as it should
*Finance administration – supporting with invoices, expenses and basic financial processes
*PA support to the Founder – diary management, scheduling, and day-to-day support
*Hybrid working – flexible work options combining office presence with home working
