Job Description:
SEN Teaching Assistant - Luton - SEN Schools - Autism, MLD, ADHD, Complex Needs - Weekly Pay - Temp to Perm
Tradewind Recruitment is working with several SEN schools in Luton who are looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants who can make a real impact in the lives of their learners.
You’ll support pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay, helping them engage with learning and develop confidence in a supportive setting. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
You will be working closely with a knowledgeable consultant who is on hand to support throughout your placement and listen to your requirements.
Prior experience working with children with SEN is essential for this role. We welcome applicants with experience in other sectors who have worked with SEN.
What’s on offer:
*£90-£100 per day (PAYE)
*Long-term, full-time position
*Free CPD and training
*Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
The ideal candidate will:
*Have experience supporting children with SEN
*Be patient, reliable and positive
*Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
