About the Role
Surecall Education is currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of Primary and Secondary schools in Luton and the wider Bedfordshire area. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and maintain a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans provided by teaching staff

* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment

* Ensure students complete the work set for the lesson

* Provide feedback to teachers on lesson progress and student behaviour

* Support schools in maintaining high standards of learning and engagement

What We’re Looking For
* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Confidence working with children and young people

* Experience working in a school or with young people is desirable but not essential

* A positive, proactive and reliable attitude

* Flexibility to work across different schools
