Internal Client Relationship Manager – Contractor Services | B2B Sales | Staffing Solutions
Recruitment Agency Sales | Account Management | Contractor Services | Temporary Contractor Solutions | Business Development
Realistic OTE £40,000+ Year One
Accomplish Today are seeking an experienced Recruitment Agency Relationship Executive to generate new business referrals and strengthen relationships with small and medium recruitment agencies that place temporary contractors. This is a field-support, telephone, email, and social media-based role focused on building long-term agency partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service levels.
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in recruitment agency liaison, B2B sales, contractor services, temporary staffing solutions, or account management.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Territory Growth
*Execute a strategy with the Sales Director to grow small agency accounts
*Identify and develop relationships with new recruitment agencies outside the current portfolio
*Target specific vertical markets that work with temporary contractors, staffing solutions, and contractor services
*Support additional projects and business development initiatives as required
Account Management & Client Relationships
*Maintain ongoing relationships to deliver excellent account management and customer service
*Handle inbound calls and emails from prospective recruitment agencies
*Attend occasional client meetings and networking or hospitality events to strengthen partnerships
*Act as a trusted point of contact for agencies, providing advice on contractor compliance, industry legislation, and recruitment processes
Sales Activity & KPIs
*Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day or achieve 2+ hours talk time daily
*Actively prospect a base of 200 recruitment agency accounts
*Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Product, Industry & Compliance Knowledge
*Communicate clearly about contractor services, payroll solutions, and temporary staffing
*Provide guidance on IR35, contractor compliance, and recruitment legislation
*Use LinkedIn, social media, and digital tools to support business development
*Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and staffing industry developments
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
*Outgoing, professional, and confident engaging with recruitment agency contacts
*Experienced in Recruitment Agency Sales, B2B Field Sales, Contractor Services, Temporary Staffing, or Account Management
*Skilled in relationship building, consultative selling, and customer service excellence
*Organised, proactive, and capable of managing a large agency account base
*Knowledgeable about contractor processes, temporary staffing, payroll compliance, and recruitment legislation
