This role will sit as part of their Rewards team on a permanent basis with hybrid working in Northamptonshire.


The Role - This is a lovely well rounded Reward role giving the successful candidate the opportunity to have a varied workload and broaden their skill set with additional strategic projects
*Do the basics well, annual pay and benefit reviews, job evaluation and benchmarking - head up the day to day
*Working as part of a team to ensure the reward strategy is designed and delivered in line with the global/national reward and business strategy
*Ensuring reward frameworks are fair, competitive and compliant - improving them as you go
*Management of various reward focussed projects (including incentive reviews, gender pay gap reporting harmonisation of benefits packages)
*General rewards data analytics and reporting
*Partner with senior leaders on job evaluation, career frameworks and internal pay structures
*Turning reward data into clear, commercial insights for senior stakeholders
*Additional projects focussing on things like EU pay transparency, flexible benefits and complex excel spreadsheets for gender pay gap reporting and job role benchmarking etc.
What they are looking for -
*Experience working in a similar senior Reward Specialist role
*Experience working within a similar (blue collar) industry - manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution etc
*Comfortable with data analysis and data manipulation
*Experience supporting business through M&A and change initiatives from a Reward perspective
*Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Northamptonshire (Northampton, Corby, Kettering, Market Harborough area)
