Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales who wants to move into a Junior Sales, Business Development or Field Sales career. This is a relationship-led sales role (not a ’hard sell’ at all!) where personality and attitude are what matters most.
Our client is a successful and growing family-run business within the food wholesale sector, supplying independent retailers across the UK. They are looking for a friendly, bright and motivated person to join the team in an entry-level sales role. This is a great opportunity for a strong communicator who enjoys working with people and gets great satisfaction from providing a first-class service to customers.
Full training will be provided, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into an Account Manager role within 6–12 months.
The Role
*Speaking with independent retailers across the UK
*Building friendly, long-term customer relationships
*Visiting customers and attending trade shows
*Helping to develop new business opportunities
*Learning about products, customers and how the business operates
*You’ll work closely with the company directors and be part of a small, supportive team.

*Overnight accommodation when travelling
*Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
