Teaching Assistant

SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting teaching assistants for various roles across East London!
As a teaching assistant, you will need to:
*Be patient, empathetic and resilient
*Have strong communication skills (with children, parents, and staff).
*Be flexible and adaptable
*Be able to support across all primary year groups, from EYFS to year 6
*Be able to work effectively and collaboratively
*Be reliable and consistent
The role:
*As a teaching assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism
*You will work across the primary year groups providing dedicated support as needed
*Assist the class teacher in delivering individualised and tailored learning experiences to suit the needs of students
*Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
*Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
*Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
