Description
The UK Sales Manager - Fashion Brand will be responsible for the following:
*lead, develop and grow key accounts
*lead the field sales team, agency sales partner and sales admin
*work in conjunction with the customer service and merchandising teams
*open new doors and opportunities for the business
*work closely with the senior management team to design, develop and execute the commercial strategy
Part of being a key member of this company will be to support the development of the culture and goals meaning a strong presence in the Dorset office, as well as being mobile for the team and key accounts is required. We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate for this role.
Profile
The UK Sales Manager - Fashion Brand will come with the following skills and experiences:
*current or previous sales experience in fashion; clothing, footwear, accessories, gifts etc.
*strong key /national account management experience or sales leadership capacity
*experience with customers such as John Lewis, Next, Freeman’s, Fraser’s Groups, Debenhams etc.
*as well as very strong key account management skills, the ability to open new doors and accounts
*strong commercial acumen and bring a good strategic set of skills into the role also
*excellent IT, financial and organisational skills
*people management skills, both from an office and remote management perspective
*mobile nationally
*HUGE appetite for growth - building something special and creating a legacy
Job Offer
Circa £60,000 to £70,000 salary per annum, plus commission and bonuses available plus other benefits too.
