Excellent secondary schools in Cardiff are looking to employ drama teachers who can lead plays and share their passion with pupils. These roles will commence on the 13th April will run until the end 2025/26 academic year. Unlike other roles, you will be guaranteed an interview and there’s a simple registration process. You will be expected to develop pupil’s acting skills as well as providing stimulating and enjoyable feedback to help develop performances.

Responsibilities for a Drama Teacher
*Plan and prepare effective schemes of learning and lessons
*Use innovative and diverse teaching methods that supports the national curriculum
*Use regular assessments to monitor progress and set targets
Required Skills and Qualifications for a Drama Teacher
*Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
*Valid DBS (Can be produced through us)
*Registered with the Educational Workforce Council (EWC) (Can be produced through us)
Desirable Skills for a Drama Teacher
*Full driving licence and have access to a car
