Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Kirklees & Wakefield Location: Kirklees or Wakefield
Salary: £95 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible supply – full-time and part-time available
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

What we’re looking for: Experienced HLTAs with a genuine passion for education
Confident in delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Able to support learners across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Proactive, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running
Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications
A warm and caring attitude that fits with Milk’s values
