Academics are delighted to be supporting a friendly, well-resourced independent primary school in Richmond in their search for a dedicated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about raising attainment and making a meaningful impact on pupils’ academic progress. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Leading small group interventions to strengthen understanding and build confidence Delivering targeted Maths and English support sessions Working collaboratively with teachers to plan, prepare and deliver effective learning support Supporting assessment activities and contributing to the tracking of pupil progress The school is looking for an HLTA who: Has strong experience working in a primary school setting Is confident leading academic interventions, particularly in Maths and English Is proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Holds HLTA status or has equivalent relevant experience If you are committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential and are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
