About the Role:
*Processing of customer’s quotes and orders
*Daily ordering with suppliers
*Close liaison with warehouse and logistics dept. to ensure orders are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
*Issuing of delivery notes and invoices for deliveries
*Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
*Maintaining and building supplier and client relationships
The Person:
*Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to situations
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Good organisation skills
*Outlook, excel and word literate
