Guest Support Consultant - Hybrid (Bilingual French/English)
Wimbledon, South-West London | Hybrid working
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Full-time with some evening and weekend shifts on a rota
This is a brilliant opportunity for a bilingual French and English speaker to join a growing travel-focused business that specialises in exceptional holiday properties. Our client is looking for a Guest Support Consultant who enjoys helping people, solving problems and guiding customers through the booking journey. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guests receive prompt, helpful responses while helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Guest Support Consultant - What will I be doing?
In this role you’ll be supporting guests from their first enquiry through to booking, ensuring they have the information they need to make the right choice.
*Responding to guest questions via chat, messaging platforms, email and phone
*Helping guests find the right property for their stay by providing tailored recommendations
*Supporting the booking process and encouraging enquiry-to-booking conversion
*Assisting with guest queries and resolving straightforward issues
*Working closely with colleagues to ensure guests receive fast and consistent support
Guest Support Consultant - What experience do I need?
*Fluent written and spoken French and English
*Previous experience in a customer-focused role
*Strong written communication skills and a professional approach
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confidence using digital tools, messaging platforms and online systems
*A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in delivering a great guest experience

This is a hybrid role with time in the Wimbledon office, offering a salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience. There are also opportunities to visit the destinations featured by the business.
