Residential Conveyancer

?? Experience Level: around 5 years PQE

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients thriving and well-established Finchley law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to manage a busy caseload while enjoying a supportive environment that values professional development and work-life balance.

? Essential Knowledge & Experience required of Conveyancer:
*Minimum of 5 years residential conveyancing experience, including freehold and leasehold transactions, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages gained in a legal practice. The 5 years experience can include pre qualifying experience.
*The firm are interested in Qualified Solicitors, CILEx Legal Executives & Fee Earning Paralegals
? Conveyancer Essential Abilities
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
