We have a fantastic opportunity with a long-established, award-winning law firm based in Merseyside. Our client is looking to add a Solicitor to their Conveyancing Team who can play a key part in supporting clients through the moving process.

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Solicitor, CLC Licensed Conveyancing, Fellow of CILEx (FCILEx) or be part-qualified working towards these qualifications. Our client is also looking for someone who has 5 years’ Residential Conveyancing experience, with strong technical knowledge in this field.

You will be managing caseloads accurately and effectively, in line with regulatory requirements and timelines. You will be expected to deal with the following property transactions; sales & purchase, remortgage, equity release, new builds, right to buy and other residential property transactions

They would like someone who can communicate well with clients, lenders and estate agents to build trusted relationships. Although being long-established, the client in question is constantly growing and now even have more than 5 offices in the North West region.

Salary-wise, for this role they are looking to pay between £38,000 - £50,000 + Package. Our client is also known for having a great benefit scheme, some of which include: Flexible/Hybrid Working, Private Medical Insurance and Death in Service Benefit.
