This is a great opportunity for a school or college leaver that is looking to be given a chance to start their career in administration.
Working for a brilliant company that has an excellent training programme; you will be joining as a business administrator playing a key role in supporting the wider team

What you’ll be doing day to day:
This is going to be a really busy and varied role; ideal if you’re the type of person that doesn’t like to clock watch.
Every day will be different and you will receive comprehensive on the job training, with typical duties including:
*Working through a structured training plan with regular check-ins and feedback.
*Be the first point of contact for calls, emails and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional experience.
*Support day-to-day office administration: post, scanning, filing, document control and stationery.
*Input and maintain accurate records: contacts, invoices, purchase orders, timesheets or compliance documents on excel
*Assist with basic finance admin: logging invoices, matching paperwork, and chasing approvals.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and follow data protection procedures.
What you need to be considered:
*Ideally we are looking for recent school or college leavers, however graduates are also considered
*GCSE English & Maths at grade 4/C or above (grade 5+ preferred)
*Confident communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Professional and hardworking
