Lead SEMH Teacher - Camden | Full Time | Paid to Scale

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Lead SEMH Teacher to work within a satellite provision based at a welcoming primary school in Camden.
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm) and would suit a teacher with strong experience supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The provision offers small class sizes, allowing for a highly supportive and structured learning environment where teachers can build strong relationships with pupils and make a meaningful impact on their progress and wellbeing.
The Role
*Lead teacher within a primary SEMH satellite provision
*Small class sizes with additional support staff
*Deliver engaging and supportive lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH needs
*Work closely with the main school and support teams
*Full time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm
Contract
*Start: as soon as possible
*Until July, with a strong possibility of extension into September
*Salary: Paid to scale
We are looking for:
*A qualified teacher (QTS)
*Experience working with SEMH pupils or in alternative provision
*Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
*A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
