* Use data visualisation tools such as Power BI to create clear and accessible
insights.

* Analyse workforce trends including headcount, turnover, diversity, absence
and engagement.

* Support managers and HR colleagues to understand and use workforce data more
confidently.

problem-solving, and who takes pride in ensuring information is accurate,
accessible and valuable.

* Experience maintaining and improving HR systems or HRIS platforms

* A good understanding of data governance, GDPR and HR reporting requirements

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way

* A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team when
needed

Why Join

* Part-time flexibility (25-30 hours per week)

* The chance to develop HR data and reporting capability
