Job Title: Mortgage Administrator
Location: Remote (within 1.5 hours of Bath)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their growing team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate must be based within 1.5 hours of Bath, as occasional travel will be required for quarterly training, development sessions, and team meetings.
This role plays a vital part in supporting advisers and ensuring mortgage applications progress smoothly from submission to completion!


What you’ll be doing:
* Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers and the wider team
* Prepare and manage mortgage application documentation
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Track application progress and ensure cases move efficiently through the pipeline
* Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and internal compliance standards
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
* Previous mortgage or financial services administration experience preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
