Delivery Consultant – 180 Recruitment Role - Construction Industry.
£28,000–£30,000 Basic | OTE £35,000+

The wider business already has the systems, compliance processes, payroll support and operational infrastructure in place. The platform is proven.
The new division is being built with long-term intent. The focus is on quality, steady growth and giving experienced recruiters real ownership as the team scales.

This is a true 180 role focused entirely on candidate delivery.
You will work alongside senior consultants who manage client relationships, taking full responsibility for sourcing and managing candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Sourcing and engaging candidates for live vacancies
*Building and maintaining strong talent pools
*Screening and briefing candidates properly
*Managing availability and compliance
*Coordinating placements and keeping roles moving
There is no expectation to bring in new business. Your focus is delivery, consistency and quality.
