We’re on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join a thriving business in Dudley on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around a ledger, can hit the ground running, and is looking for long-term stability in a supportive finance team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Taking full ownership of your own B2B ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances
*Proactively chasing overdue invoices via phone and email, maintaining a professional but firm approach
*Building strong, positive relationships with customers to resolve queries and prevent future delays
*Investigating and resolving invoice disputes, working closely with internal teams to get issues sorted quickly
*Monitoring aged debt and escalating problem accounts where necessary
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to better cash flow across the business
What We’re Looking For:
*Solid experience in credit control (minimum 2-3 years)
*Confident communicator, both on the phone and over email
*Proactive, organised, and ready to make an immediate impact
*Someone that is available immediately
