Job Description:
A global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist to help enhance and embed its global resilience and crisis management framework. This is a 3-6 month FTC based in Canary Wharf, working closely with senior stakeholders across an international network. Paying up to £90,000pa
Key Responsibilities
* Review and enhance the organisation’s global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework
* Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans across multiple international offices
* Lead and facilitate crisis management and scenario testing exercises
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and recovery planning
* Support the ongoing alignment of resilience frameworks with enterprise risk management processes
* Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure consistency of resilience planning across locations
* Contribute to training, testing and awareness programmes to strengthen organisational preparedness
* Collaborate with risk, technology, facilities and security teams to ensure integrated resilience planning
Key Requirements
* Strong experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Crisis Management
* Experience implementing or enhancing enterprise-level resilience frameworks
* Background within a global organisation or professional services environment
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation
* Strong communication skills and experience presenting resilience frameworks to internal stakeholders
* Knowledge of recognised resilience standards (e.g. ISO 22301) is beneficial
