Audit Manager | Hybrid | Flexi | Lancaster | £45–52k

The client is looking for an Audit Manager to join their expanding practice. You’ll be hands-on with audits from planning through to completion, leading teams on-site and remotely, and reporting directly to the Directors.
The role:
• Running statutory audits across a wide range of sectors
• Leading and managing audit teams on a job-by-job basis
• Reviewing work of juniors and seniors, supporting their development
• Assisting with planning, fieldwork, and completion
• Attending opening and closing meetings with the RI
• Getting exposure to financial statements and tax computations (if that interests you)
What you’ll need:
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE with solid experience)
• At least 3+ years’ audit experience in practice
• Confidence leading audits and guiding junior team members
• A steady hand under pressure and an eye for detail clients can trust
What’s on offer:
• £45k–£52k salary, depending on experience
