Technical Project Manager - Central London (Office-Based)
Permanent Role


Our client is a technology-driven organisation specialising in the research and development of software used to analyse and trade markets. Their work is highly data-driven and supported by automated systems developed by a collaborative team of researchers and software engineers.
They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the progress of multiple internal technical initiatives and support the continued growth of the team.


Key Responsibilities


*Monitor and track progress across multiple technical projects
*Develop and maintain project roadmaps
*Prioritise tasks and adapt plans to changing requirements
*Implement and refine project management processes
*Identify risks and opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation
*Work closely with developers and researchers to coordinate project delivery
*Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements
*Mentor and coordinate junior team members where appropriate


Candidate Profile


*BSc degree or higher in a technical, engineering, or related discipline
*Several years’ experience managing complex technical projects
*Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure
*Programming experience with C# and the .NET platform
*Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)
*Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills
*High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
