Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous M&A transaction experience to join a growing team within a well-established platform to get exposure to high quality deals across Europe. As well as the ability to work directly with senior leadership and be involved with all stages of a transaction lifecycle.
Requirements:
*Have at least 2-5 years fulltime M&A transaction experience
*Strong numerical, financial modelling and financial analysis skills
*Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude
