We’re partnering with a fast-growing, quality-led meat e-commerce business based in Reading. They are seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to lead butchery, fulfilment and supply chain excellence.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead:
*10–15 skilled butchers
*20+ fulfilment staff
*HACCP & hygiene compliance
*SLA performance
*Stock & wastage control
*Continuous operational improvement
This is a transformational leadership role within a brand with strong customer loyalty and ambitious growth plans.
You Will Bring:
*Proven leadership in food production / butchery / meat processing
*Strong HACCP & hygiene governance knowledge
*Stock control & JIT inventory management experience
*Ability to manage performance and culture
*Hands-on operational leadership style
Desirable:
*Experience with Asian meat cuts
*Urdu/Punjabi language skills
