Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner

Whether you’re an experienced Mortgage Administrator with aspirations to become a broker or a former Mortgage Broker looking to utilise their experience without the pressure of targets, this role is tailored for you.


As a Senior Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from start to finish.


Your responsibilities will include:


*Conducting in-depth research to source the most suitable mortgage products for clients.
*Managing client onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience.
*Taking applications to the Decision in Principle (DIP) stage.
*Collaborating with the administration team, who will handle cases through to completion.
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
*Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.


Experience required:


*CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
*Proven experience as a Senior Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Broker.
*Strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*A proactive and client-focused approach to work.


Up to £40,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses. Free car parking and benefits.
